Matt’s career began in Training, specialising in the sports and hospitality industries, moving into Human Resources & Recruitment in 2004. Matt specialises in International HR, high volume recruitment and staff training for Global Sporting Events.  Matt has been responsible for recruiting and training over 3500 staff for iLUKA across all functional areas and levels of seniority Since London 2012,  He manages our International network of talented and experienced staff so that we are employer of choice for international events.
