The administration team offers support to the entire iLUKA teams in areas such as general administration, reception, print & production, book keeping, data entry, and IT support. The roles are often varied and both offer and demand a great deal of flexibility.

iLUKA’s airport team manages all airport operations for arriving and departing guests, often at the same time! The team ensures every guest is personally met and welcomed to the event.

Working closely with the hotels, restaurants and venues, iLUKA’s F&B team assists and advises on design and management of all food and beverage. Assists in training of hospitality team in all areas relating to F&B. Advises on and manages staff meals where appropriate.

iLUKA’s hospitality team provides information and assistance to the guests. Responsibilities may include: meet and greet, guest registration, providing information on hotel services, coordinating leisure activities, providing program information and hospitality for guests at all points of contact - at hotel, airport, on coaches or at venues.

Working closely with the hotel iLUKA's hotel team manages room allocations, rooming issues and hotel operations at the guest hotel. When supplied, souvenir gifts for guests are sorted, packed and distributed.

The Information Management Team coordinates the guest registration process and is responsible for accumulation, verification and accuracy of all collected data. It supports the client and iLUKA teams by reporting this information for operational planning and by producing daily report manifests for all departments throughout operations.

iLUKA’s R/D team provides support to the program. This could include: driving for iLUKA team, client or guests as required or running errands as required to achieve program objectives. The R/D team need to be able to plan ahead or respond in a moment!

iLUKA’s ticketing team allocates, sorts and distributes event tickets to guests.

iLUKA’s transportation team is responsible for setting up and managing an efficient coach and car transportation system for guests. The team works closely with other organisations including the client, event organising committees, coach companies and coach drivers.
