All positions are paid positions.
You will be contacted either by phone or email.
We conduct interviews in our London Offices and in various other locations depending on the event.
We will advise you at interview when you can expect to be contacted by iLUKA.
This varies for each hospitality program however you can expect to be part of a team as large as 100 or as small as 5.
Depending on the role, you may get to see some sporting events but this should not be your main reason for wanting to work. The atmosphere when working at a Global Sporting Event is exciting and full of energy both outside the venues as well as inside.
All programs will be conducted in English so fluency (spoken and written) is essential.
iLUKA manages events all over the world. Therefore languages are a huge advantage, for example, ability to speak Mandarin for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Please provide further language information on the application form. Please think carefully and honestly assess your skill in each language. We test language skills before appointment.
Event experience is an advantage. However, our focus is on the individual, attitude, personality and communication skills. Management roles often require considerable event experience or management experience within the given industry i.e. hotel management experience.
