It’s fun

iLUKA employs like minded people from all over the world. People who like people. Energetic, committed, passionate, dedicated, flexible – people who know they make a difference.

It’s hard work

The events don’t stop for the weekend … and neither do we. Expect long hours and hard work. You will need to be available for iLUKA training before the event and for the duration of the event itself.

It’s personal

Providing one solution for every client is not the iLUKA way. Each event is tailor-made for our clients. Therefore the roles and people we need for each event is also individual. See 'The iLUKA Team' for role requirements.

It’s individual

iLUKA employs individuals. People who can bring their own personality to enhance our client’s event experience. However, we look for some important shared qualities. iLUKA people must:

• Be enthusiastic, outgoing, and committed to great customer service
• Have strong communication skills and be able to build rapport at all levels
• Be confident working alone and happy to work in a team!
• Show flexibility, determination and the ability to multi-task
• Be punctual, organised and show attention to detail
• Be professional & dedicated and able to deliver those skills in a friendly, personable manner
